When it comes to mindsets it's all about how you think in situations. A perfect entrepreneurial mindset would be one who can think of great ideas and successfully envision them into a reality. You need to have a mindset where your are quick to react and can adapt to changes that your business may face everyday.

Building an entrepreneurial mindset is one of the key factors in unlocking success. To do this  you will have to start by getting out of your comfort zone and sometimes doing things that your mind doesn't want you to do. In the Ted Talk video linked below there is a perfect example of this. The example is in the first part of the video up until the 4:30 time stamp.

In the Example from the Ted Talk we saw that people were scared to come up on the stage when asked for a volunteer. Carrie Green uses this example in her presentation to show how people want to react to opportunities and uses this to show how you will miss out on opportunities if you listen to what goes on in your head all the time. Green continues her presentation by sharing how she changed her mindset to be able to reach out to these opportunity's and used that new mindset to start new business and accomplish her goals. The mindset that is needed here is to know what you want, why you want it, who you need to be to get it, and programing your mind into accomplishing these things that you want.  This is a great start in building and entrepreneurial mindset because for all entrepreneurs success is the ultimate goal and taking what green has to say motivating yourself and visioning the success is the first step in building a successful mindset.

An article by Maria Pietilä called Incentivising Academics: Experiences and Expectations of the Tenure Track in Finland has more support for building the right mindset. The tenure track resembles how entrepreneurs need to envision their goals of where they want to be similar to the tenure track system which gives top researchers a clear way to progress to a university professorship. The tenure track is a very high-pressure system that encourages people to clarify their goals for success. A key point from the article talks about how a good mindset of thinking you can always do better or that there's always someone doing better than you is a great way to build your mindset for success. By finding your goals, seeing yourself accomplish them, and then challenging yourself to do better and better, your entrepreneurial mindset will be set for success.
